Face Album

The face album groups detected faces so you can browse photos by person.

Steps

1. Make sure face data has been generated.
2. Open More → Face Clustering and use Folder Filter to restrict the source when needed.
3. Set the similarity threshold and click Summarize, then wait for groups to be generated.
4. Click a group to view related photos.
5. Review, export, or continue organizing the results.

What It Is Good For

Face albums are useful for event photos, client portraits, employee photos, and any library where people-based organization matters.

Lower thresholds combine faces more readily but may mix different people. Higher thresholds separate more strictly but may split one person across angles. Start with the default, review, then adjust and summarize again. Group cards and their image lists zoom to the relevant face, including in group photos.

Common Cases

• If the face album is empty, generate or rebuild face data.
• If a person is split into multiple groups, try a slightly lower threshold and summarize again.
• If different people are mixed together, review manually before delivery.

For persistent names, merges and face-assignment corrections, use the separate People panel. Face Album summarizes the current scope by threshold.

Identical copies illustrate the workflow, not recognition accuracy across different portraits; 40 is the example setting, not a threshold recommendation for every event.
