Spreadsheet Parsing Environment Reminder
Before entering the workspace for the first time, confirm whether you need to parse Excel files. If you do, install or confirm the WPS environment as prompted.

Some material libraries contain images inside Excel files. To extract and index those images reliably, the app may ask whether you need spreadsheet parsing support and whether the WPS environment is available.
How to Choose
- If your folders only contain normal images, PDFs, or videos, you can skip Excel parsing for now.
- If you need to index images embedded in Excel workbooks, follow the prompt and make sure WPS is installed correctly.
- If you are unsure, you can skip it first and enable the related workflow later when you actually need Excel parsing.
When WPS Is Needed
WPS is mainly needed when the app has to open spreadsheet files and extract images or page previews from them. It is not required for ordinary image search, pose search, duplicate cleanup, face search, or color search.
Show the Reminder Again
If you skipped the reminder by mistake, open settings and check the file import or Excel-related options. After the environment is ready, refresh or re-add the affected folders so the app can parse the files again.
