Open General settings
Open Settings from the menu bar and select General under Basic. Appearance, language, reminders and spreadsheet previews share this page; scroll to reach later groups.
Appearance and language
Enable Dark mode for a dark interface, or turn it off for a light interface. Choose an interface language in the Language group. These options do not change your original files or search data.
Keep the display awake
Keeping the display awake during long tasks is enabled by default. It applies while operations such as adding files or batch search are running. Turn it off if you prefer normal display sleep. It does not make closing the laptop lid or shutting down a way to continue a task.
Search for an option
Type a keyword in Search settings, or press Ctrl+F (Command+F on Mac) in the settings window. Matching text is highlighted and the sidebar shows match counts. Clear the query or select a sidebar page to return to normal navigation.
