Spreadsheet Preview: Highlight Important Words

Open Settings → General and scroll to Spreadsheet preview, or search for highlight.

Enter a word, press Space to add it as a tag, and remove tags when no longer needed. In the image list's table view, a header under Spreadsheet Information turns red when its name contains any keyword. Matching is case-sensitive and colors the whole header, not matching words in ordinary cells.

This does not edit the Excel file or require reimporting it, and it cannot create missing spreadsheet information. Use a small set of relevant terms to keep the highlighting useful.
