View and Clear Search History Results
Use the left Results tab to review previous image, semantic, face, color, pose, and face-filter searches, and clear a category of history when needed.
Use the left Results tab to review previous image, semantic, face, color, pose, and face-filter searches, and clear a category of history when needed.
Search history keeps previous result groups in the left Results tab so you can return to them while working.
View History Results
- Open the left Results tab.
- Expand the Search Results group you need.
- Click a previous search result to show its images in the list.
Different search types may appear separately, such as image search results, semantic search results, face search results, color search results, or pose search results. Face-filter history is grouped under face search results and shows a summary of the selected face conditions.
Clear a Type of History
Use the clear action for the relevant result group when old results are no longer needed. Clearing history does not delete source files.
Common Cases
- If the list becomes crowded, clear old result groups.
- If you need to preserve candidates, add them to a collection before clearing history.
- If a result group no longer reflects the current library after files changed, search again.
