Create a project-specific collection, add results from multiple searches, filter and browse within the collection, manage naming, and export a deliverable material package.
Project collections help you gather material from multiple searches and turn it into a clean delivery set.
1. Create a Project Collection
Create a collection named after the project, client, theme, or delivery batch.
2. Add Search Results into the Collection
From image search, pose search, semantic search, face search, color search, or file browsing, add useful candidates into the project collection.
3. Filter Again Inside the Collection
Open the collection and use filters, ratings, labels, or preview to narrow the candidate set.
4. Manage the Collection
Rename it if the project changes. Remove wrong items from the collection without deleting source files.
5. Export Delivery
Export images for handoff, or export paths when teammates need to find the originals.
Collection Usage Suggestions
Use one collection per project or delivery batch. Keep names consistent so future searches are easier to understand.
Common Cases
- Too many candidates: filter or split into smaller collections.
- Need to keep search history clean: add candidates to a collection before clearing history.
- Need source tracing: export paths as well as images.
