Add descriptions, usage notes, client names, or organization status to a single image in the right detail panel, then search notes later from the filter toolbar.
Notes let you attach human-readable context to an image without changing the source file.
Steps
- Select an image in the file list.
- Open the note area in the right detail panel.
- Enter the note text.
- Save or leave the field according to the app's current interaction.
What Notes Are Good For
Use notes for:
- client or project names;
- delivery status;
- usage restrictions;
- style descriptions;
- manual review comments.
Search by Notes
Use the filter toolbar and choose the note field to find images by note content.
Common Cases
- Keep notes short and consistent if you plan to filter by them often.
- Notes are stored in the database and do not modify the source image.
- If note search returns nothing, confirm the note was saved and clear other filters.
