Export the Current Filtered Results

Filtered export lets you turn the current filtered list into a deliverable folder or review set.

Export Filtered Results

1. Set the folder, search, and filter conditions you need.
2. Check that the file list contains the results you want.
3. Click the export button in the filter toolbar.
4. Choose the target folder.
5. Wait for the export task to finish.

The exported files are copied out. Your source files remain in their original folders.

Why the Export Button May Be Disabled

The export button may be unavailable when:

• there are no current results;
• a required selection is missing;
• another long task is running;
• the current view does not support filtered export.

Common Cases

• Use filtered export to deliver only five-star files.
• Use it to package one color label, one date range, or one project folder.
• If too many files are exported, narrow filters before exporting again.
