Export the Current Filtered Results

Filtered export lets you turn the current filtered list into a deliverable folder or review set.

Export Filtered Results

1. In the workspace’s Files tab, select a folder and set conditions in the filter toolbar.
2. Check that the file list contains the results you want.
3. Open Operate Filter Results in the filter toolbar and choose Export Files.
4. Check the full result count and the new folder name in the confirmation dialog.
5. Confirm, choose the target folder and wait for the export task to finish.

The exported files are copied out. Your source files remain in their original folders.

This exports all files matching the current filters, not just thumbnails already loaded on screen or files manually selected. The app creates a timestamped folder inside the destination. After completion, the desktop app opens the destination and shows a report with success and failure counts.

Export Only Filenames or Paths

Choose Export Filenames from the same menu. Select an export location and CSV filename, enable Include Full Path if needed, then check the count and export. Open the CSV in Excel or another spreadsheet app. This creates a list without copying the source material.

This example filters notes for “封面备选” (cover candidate), leaving one image. The destination is still empty in the screenshot: use Browse to select it before exporting. The CSV has a filename column; enabling the full-path option adds a second column to distinguish identically named files in different folders.

Why the Export Button May Be Disabled

The export button may be unavailable when:

• there are no current results;
• no filter conditions have been set;
• the file list is still loading;
• another long task is running;
• an export is already in progress.

Common Cases

• Use filtered export to deliver only five-star files.
• Use it to package one color label, one date range, or one project folder.
• If too many files are exported, narrow filters before exporting again.
• If export fails, check destination permissions and available disk space, then review the failure report.
