Dragging files out helps you move material from the app into other workflows quickly.
Steps
- Select one or more items in the file list or image drawer.
- Drag them out of the app window.
- Drop them into File Explorer, WeChat, a design app, or another target that accepts files.
The operation behaves like dragging the source files.
Difference from Dragging Into Search
Dragging an image into the app starts or prepares search. Dragging a file out sends the original file to another app or folder.
Common Cases
- Use drag-out when sending a small number of files to a teammate.
- For large delivery sets, use export instead.
- If the target app does not accept drops, export to a folder first.
