Use a client seat key on the host to add seats, then create member accounts for client devices to sign in.

Clients cannot connect anonymously. The host needs available seats and member accounts. In the online edition, using a valid client seat key on the host adds assignable seats.

  1. Open Connection Settings on the host.
  2. Click "Seats / Keys".
  3. In Client Seats / Change History, click Enter Key, check the destination, and paste an unused client seat key.
  4. Click Use and wait for success.
  5. Return to the connection page and check total and remaining seats.

Signed-in redemptions belong to the current account; signed-out redemptions belong to this host. Sign in first if you want the seats on your account. Change History shows keys or order numbers, receipt time, source, owner and validity. Do not publish screenshots containing real keys.

Buy or Transfer Seats

Use Scan to Buy Seats on Connection Settings to select a product, verify its destination and price, and pay with WeChat. Seats arrive automatically after payment; no additional key entry is needed.

For an existing client key, use Transfer Key inside Seats / Keys and verify the target account or machine. Transfer moves the seat rather than duplicating it on both hosts. Host time keys belong on the account page.

Offline License seat counts come from the authorization file and cannot be increased with online client keys. Contact the software seller to change them.

Create a Member

  1. In the client members area, click "Add Member".
  2. Enter a unique account.
  3. Enter a login password.
  4. Add a name or note if needed.
  5. Save the member.
  6. Send the connection link, account, and password to the client user.

Seat Rules

  • Enabled members consume seats.
  • Each valid client key adds one seat. Disabling members does not extend seat validity.
  • Disabled or deleted members release seats.
  • One member account can be online on only one client at a time.
  • If seats expire or are transferred away, enabled members are allowed in creation order up to the valid seat count. Newer members beyond that count become temporarily unavailable; their records are not automatically deleted.

Common Cases

  • If "Add Member" is disabled, seats are missing or already full.
  • Keep seat keys and member passwords private.
