Manage and Export Collections

After collecting candidate images, use collection management actions to keep the set clean and export it.

Manage Collections

Open the collection menu to rename, delete, or manage a collection. Rename collections when a project changes; delete collections that are no longer needed.

Right-click a collection in the left sidebar, choose Rename and enter its new name, or choose Delete Collection and confirm. Deleting it removes the collection relationship; images remain in the library and on disk.

Export a Collection

1. Open the collection.
2. Review its images.
3. Remove items that should not be delivered.
4. Right-click the collection and choose Export Images, confirm the count and select the target folder.
5. For a list instead, choose Export Image Names, set a CSV filename and location, optionally enable Include Full Path, then check the count and export.

The collection context menu exports all images in that collection, independently of drawer selection. Its tree hierarchy does not automatically combine child collections into the parent’s export. CSV output contains a list without copying images.

Common Cases

• Use collections to gather candidates across many searches.
• Export images when handing files to a designer.
• Export file names when teammates need a review checklist.
• Drag collections in the tree to organize their order and hierarchy.
• The greyed-out slideshow actions are unavailable.
• If a collection is empty, there is nothing to export. Check source availability and destination space before exporting a large collection.
