Manage and Export Collections

After collecting candidate images, use collection management actions to keep the set clean and export it.

Manage Collections

Open the collection menu to rename, delete, or manage a collection. Rename collections when a project changes; delete collections that are no longer needed.

Deleting a collection only removes the collection record. It does not delete source files unless you explicitly choose a file deletion action elsewhere.

Export a Collection

1. Open the collection.
2. Review its images.
3. Remove items that should not be delivered.
4. Choose an export action.
5. Select the target folder and wait for export to finish.

Common Cases

• Use collections to gather candidates across many searches.
• Export images when handing files to a designer.
• Export paths when teammates need to trace source locations.
