Create and Browse Collections

Collections are virtual groups inside the app. They do not move source files, but they make project organization easier.

Create a Collection

1. Open the collection area in the left File tab.
2. Click the create action.
3. Enter a clear collection name.
4. Confirm creation.

Use names such as project name, client name, theme, or delivery batch.

Browse a Collection

Click a collection to show its images in the file list. You can continue filtering, previewing, exporting, or removing items from the collection.

Common Cases

• If a collection is empty, add images from search results or file lists.
• If a collection name is unclear, rename it before sharing the workflow with teammates.
• Removing an image from a collection does not delete the source file.
