Create and Browse Collections

Collections are virtual groups inside the app. They do not move source files, but they make project organization easier.

Create a Collection

1. Open the collection area in the left sidebar.
2. Click the plus button beside Collections.
3. Enter a clear collection name.
4. Confirm creation.

Use names such as project name, client name, theme, or delivery batch.

Browse a Collection

Click a collection to open the collection images drawer. You can continue filtering, previewing, exporting, or removing items from the collection.

Common Cases

• If a collection is empty, add images from search results or file lists.
• If a collection name is unclear, rename it before sharing the workflow with teammates.
• Removing an image from a collection does not delete the source file.
• A count of zero means the collection has no images yet. Creating a collection does not copy or import material automatically.

Create from Search Results

Select images in a results drawer, open its action menu, and choose to turn the selected images into a new collection. Enter a name and confirm. The example collection contains one forest image from the color search results.
