Browse and Search Indexed Folders
Use the File tab in the search workspace to browse indexed material, search folder names, and choose whether to include subfolder data.

Indexed folders appear in the left File tab of the search workspace. Selecting a folder shows images from that folder, and optionally from its subfolders.
The screenshot uses temporary demonstration folders named “风景素材” and “人像素材”. In real use, the panel shows the actual imported folder names from your computer.
Steps
- Enter the search workspace.
- Open the left File tab.
- Expand the folder tree.
- Click a folder to view its indexed images.
Show Subfolder Data
When Show Subfolder Data is enabled, selecting a parent folder also shows images from all indexed subfolders. Disable it when you only want the exact folder's contents.
Search Folders
Use the folder search input to find a folder by name. This filters names in the left folder tree, not filenames in the middle list. Clear the input to restore the full tree. To search file names, paths, notes, OCR or extracted information, use the middle list’s filter toolbar.
Common Cases
- If a folder does not appear, confirm that it has been added to the database.
- If a folder appears but has no images, check whether subfolders are included or whether the folder actually contains indexed files.
- If new files are missing, refresh the database.
- Drag the divider below the folder tree to adjust its height when browsing many folders.
